I see it every single night, man, though on Gal because nobody uses Amarr right now. Granted, Gal has a little built-in rep, but raw HP tanking pretty much is and has been Dust for a while. Besides, who needs a repper when you're zerging with three proto heavies and a pair of logis. Alright.
